Role:
You will be working with internal and external teams on completing construction documentation and coordination for your project. You are comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and are able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s or Masters’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of professional work experience in architecture
- Experience in Construction Documentation production is required.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high quality, complete sets of drawings for complex projects.
- Ability to coordinate and communicative effectively with consultants
- Must possess strong visualization, design and technical skills
- Excels at multitasking, strong leadership skills and management skills
- Strong understanding of building systems and documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and completion of all project related tasks.
- Experience in airports or Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) projects are a plus.
- CA coordination experience is a plus.
- Required working experience in Revit, Bluebeam, Autocad, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
- Authorized to work in the U.S without visa.
